Privacy Policy

My Growth Systems (“My Growth Systems,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a software-as-a-service platform that includes websites, CRM tools, AI employees, workflow automations, business management software, marketing tools, and third-party integrations (collectively, the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit portal.mygrowthsystems.com or use the Platform, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, organization name, role, and password credentials created during sign-up or invitation acceptance.
  • Business content: contacts, leads, opportunities, notes, files, tasks, conversations, pipelines, custom objects, and other records you or your team create inside the Platform.
  • Communications data: email, SMS, voice, and social messages sent or received through connected providers, along with associated metadata (timestamps, sender, recipient, delivery status).
  • Integration data: information you authorize us to access from third-party services (for example, Google Business Profile, Meta/Facebook, Twilio, Resend, Stripe, calendar providers).
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, actions performed, device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Support data: information you provide when you contact us for help.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Platform.
  • Authenticate users and manage organization memberships and roles.
  • Route and deliver messages through the providers you connect.
  • Power AI employees, workflow automations, and analytics you configure.
  • Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Communicate service updates, security notices, and support responses.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your business records to train foundation models.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your workspace, and secure your session. We may use limited first-party analytics cookies to understand aggregate product usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the Platform.

4. Authentication

Authentication is handled by our identity provider using industry standard practices, including hashed credentials, session tokens, single-use invitation tokens (stored only as SHA-256 hashes), and optional email-based verification. Session tokens are transmitted over TLS and stored on your device by your browser.

5. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect an integration, we exchange data with that provider on your behalf and store the credentials required to perform the actions you authorize. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your organization’s Connections page, which revokes our stored credentials for that provider.

6. Facebook and Meta Integrations

If you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp Business account, or other Meta product, we request only the permissions required to perform the features you enable (for example, publishing posts, reading leads, sending messages, or reading page insights). The specific data we access is limited to the scopes you approve during Meta’s OAuth flow, and we store only what is necessary to deliver the requested functionality.

  • We never sell, rent, or share Meta platform data with third parties for advertising.
  • We do not use Meta platform data to build or improve advertising profiles, and we do not transfer it to data brokers.
  • You can revoke our access at any time in your Facebook or Instagram account settings, or by disconnecting the integration inside the Platform. Upon revocation, we delete the associated tokens and cached Meta content within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law.
  • To request deletion of Meta-derived data, email privacy@mygrowthsystems.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days.

7. Data Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher), encryption at rest for our managed databases and object storage, row-level security policies that isolate each organization’s data, hashed credentials, audit logging, and least-privilege access controls for our staff. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a security incident that materially affects your data, we will notify you without undue delay.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. When an organization is deleted, we remove its tenant data from active systems within thirty (30) days, and from backups within ninety (90) days. We may retain limited records where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@mygrowthsystems.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Children

The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International Data Transfers

We process data in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you through the Platform or by email.
